PROJECT

Hollywood Small Lot Subdivision

Los Angeles, CA

In the vibrant heart of Hollywood, we’ve transformed a former single-family dwelling into a sleek, 4-unit small lot subdivision that redefines urban living. This development project began with the vision of placing affordable homeownership within reach of everyday Los Angeles residents, without sacrificing style. Each of the four units sits on its own lot and can be sold separately, allowing young professionals, growing families, and eco-conscious buyers the opportunity to own a piece of Tinseltown at a much more accessible price point.

The architectural design features a modern façade with stucco, fiber cement siding, and glass, blending seamlessly with the surrounding area. Inside, high-end finishes create a sophisticated atmosphere, with gourmet kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, and flexible rooftop spaces for personal gardens or entertainment areas.

We’ve thoughtfully maximized the property’s potential while catering to those seeking both urban convenience and contemporary residential living. Each unit offers three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a private two-car garage, and an open floor plan designed to optimize space and comfort. The expansive, three-story glass windows fill the homes with natural light, and every unit boasts a private rooftop terrace– perfect for relaxing or entertaining under the California sun. Solar panels perched atop trellises provide both shade and clean energy.

Located within walking distance of Hollywood’s renowned dining, shopping, and entertainment, each of these secure, family-friendly oases offers not just a home, but a lifestyle in one of America’s most iconic neighborhoods.
