Jeremy has been immersed in construction and design for as long as he can remember. Born in New York, he grew up in his master carpenter grandfather’s woodshop, absorbing the art of custom craftsmanship and the value of hard work. When he wasn’t at his grandfather’s side, he was helping his parents restore historic brownstone homes in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This hands-on childhood shaped his deep appreciation for how people interact with the built environment and led him on a journey from small town New England to Philadelphia and New York City. As he honed his skills and developed his own approach, he ventured west and founded Baker Creative. In Los Angeles, Jeremy leveraged his construction knowledge, design sensibilities, and project management skills to create spaces that were both functional and inspiring. But he still felt there was something missing—a true turnkey design-build service. Homeowners and business owners had to juggle architects, interior designers, contractors, and engineers, leading to frustrating delays, budget overruns, and fragmented outcomes. So, Letter Four was born. Merging his 25+ years of residential and commercial experience with Lauren’s extensive expertise, Letter Four seamlessly joined the worlds of architecture and construction to ensure that every project is not just beautifully designed, but built. And not just built, but built exceptionally well.
